Welcome to the HFA Community. We hope you feel at home here, with us at the HFA National Office and your HFA colleagues from across the country, as we engage in learning together about how to best serve families in our communities. Now that we have the HFA community, what information needs to be kept up to date in HFAST and who should have access?

Understanding the Context

HFAST will continue to be used for the annual Site Profile Report (SPR), so Program Managers and appropriate designees will need to access to complete the SPR each year. HFA issues taxable and tax-exempt bonds to provide mortgage loans to developers of affordable multifamily rental housing. HFA's mission is to create and preserve high quality affordable multifamily rental housing that serves communities across the State of New York. Healthy Families New York (HFNY), a Healthy Families America (HFA) accredited home visiting program, seeks to improve the health and well-being of infants and children through home-based services delivered by non-profit organizations in local communities.
